The record you need, when you need it — even when the manager is away.
Search and filter
Choose a location and a date range, then search by batch code, product, supplier, equipment, task or person, or show only exceptions. Active filters are always shown, so an empty result is clearly an empty result.
Corrections and exceptions
Records can’t be edited away. A manager’s correction is stored beside the original, with who made it, when and why. Out-of-range readings, rejected deliveries, missed checks and unresolved issues stay visible.
Export
Export every matching record you are authorised to see — not just what’s on screen — as XLSX or CSV, with the business, location, period, time zone and when the file was made.
Showing an inspector
The inspection view is a concise, read-only summary for a chosen period. Staff authorised at the location can open it.
