Work out your total
Website subscription prices, before VAT. VAT is added where it applies and shown, with the final total, before you confirm. Plans are bought on the website; the iPhone app doesn’t sell anything.

Trial codes
There is no automatic free trial. If you have a Hygivo trial code, it gives your business 30 days free from the day you redeem it, with no payment card. Trial terms
Cancelling
You can cancel through the billing provider you paid with. Paid access continues to the end of the period shown there. Your retained records stay readable and exportable for authorised people under the published retention policy; new recording and invites need active access.
Already subscribed?
Manage your plan in the app: Account › Billing. That opens the provider you subscribed with, so you never start a second subscription by accident.
