Trial code terms

1. A Hygivo trial code gives one eligible business 30 days of Hygivo for all of its locations, starting when the business owner redeems it in the app. The end date and time is shown when you redeem and in Billing.
2. No payment card is needed. A trial never turns into a paid plan by itself — to continue after the 30 days, the owner chooses and pays for a plan.
3. An unused code has no expiry date.
4. One introductory trial per business. A business that has already had a trial, or already pays, can’t redeem another. A staff member can’t redeem a code for a business.
5. Each code works once. Keep it private. The printed card reference (HYG-…) is not the code.
6. If a code is lost, stolen, posted publicly or misused, we may revoke it and, where the card was legitimately given to you, replace it. A revoked code no longer works.
7. When the trial ends, your records remain readable and exportable to authorised people; new recording and invites need a paid plan.
8. Codes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred to another business.
